The preschool program at All Saints Regional Catholic School creates a safe and loving environment designed to educate the whole child.   The goal of whole child education is to help each child to grow spiritually, intellectually, socially, emotionally, and physically.   Through a developmental, project based curriculum, the children experience hands on activities that develop in each child the skills necessary to enter kindergarten as well as develop a life long love of learning.

Through an integrated curriculum, children work toward mastering new skills and developing self-esteem through activities in Religion, Math, Language Arts, Music, Art, Science, Social Studies, Library, and Fine and Gross Motor skills.   Opportunities for play, both directed and free, enable the child to develop social skills while interacting with peers.

The spiritual aspect of our programs enables the children to grow as kind, caring, Christ-centered individuals.   Spiritual development is the basis for our entire school day.   The children attend monthly prayer services, which are prepared and guided by our Spiritual Development Committee.

In our preschool program, the children are exposed to Math and Language Arts each day using patterning, graphing, “Show and Tell,” stories, writing, songs and finger plays.   Science and Social Studies are incorporated into our thematic Language Arts program.

Music and Art are an integral part of the preschool program.   Concepts that are being taught are reinforced through songs and art projects.   Music and Art also help to enhance the development of fine and gross motor skills.

Each class has a maximum number of 15 students and is staffed by a certified teacher and a teaching assistant.   Students must be 3 years old and 4 years old as of September 1 of the coming school year.   All students must be self sufficient in using the restroom each day.

ASRC is a full school program where students, after completing preschool, will move onto the next level.   All Saints Regional Catholic School offers preschool through Eighth grade.
